Has your Student also been Ignored when Disclosing Wrongdoing by Staff or Administration at a School Run by the Chandler Unified School District?

My daughter was egregiously sexually harassed by a fellow student. Her rights were not upheld. The student was not seen by police nor were Federal Title IX supports offered. Communication from Admin was non-existent and they did not loop back with my child per Policy JICK and ACBA.When asked for the documentation for Title IX and police reporting, it was a false timeline made up by Admin.
There is a continuous pattern of not following mandatory reporting laws, District policy, and federal law. No one seems to care about anything but covering for themselves.
